DMJM Design was selected to provide master planning design for a 21 acre retail corridor on Post Oak Road in Houston Texas. The site will link the adjacent upscale neighborhoods with the city’s premiere commercial real estate thoroughfare. The plan calls for 238,900 square feet of retail space and related parking as well as a luxury high-rise condominium and signature hotel. DMJM is also providing the architectural design for the retail storefronts. |
