Interior Design for a new banking facility: five stories in height with three open plan floors (36,000 SF ea.), the top two floors for executive offices (24,000 SF ea.) and the banking hall and private banking facilities at street level (8,800 SF).
Full interior design services including programming, custom furniture design, preparation of preliminary budgets, consultant coordination, construction administration, supervision and art consultation.
Client wanted a professional, bank-like atmosphere which projects stability while being progressive.
The design solution had to be elegant while combining a traditional banking image with a contemporary look.
