DMJM has provided architecture and engineering design support to Sandia National Laboratories through facilities engineering contracts since 1982. DMJM supports Sandia’s mission—which ranges from weapons research to energy sources to space exploration—through a variety of contract types. These include fixed-fee contracts for line-item projects and several time-and-material contracts, covering both on-site and off-site support services. DMJM has completed more than 1,000 task orders for facility renovations, architectural work, civil and structural tasks, mechanical tasks, electrical tasks, construction tasks, and support related to environmental safety and health issues. We have also provided support services for the SNL Communications Division, services related to systems integration, physical security condition assessments, and on-site design and construction management services. DMJM is an integral part of Sandia’s Facilities Express Program, which addresses renovation projects considered too small or too urgent for the normal design/bid/build construction process. |
