A transparent glass curtainwall has replaced the existing concrete and glass exterior enclosure, creating a sophisticated elevation that is consistent with nearby storefronts yet acknowledges the property’s history by revealing the original structure. From the sidewalk perspective, views into the building lobby are carefully choreographed and an 80-foot glass canopy clearly defines the entrance to the luxuriously-appointed lobby. |
