DMJM is providing Philip Morris USA with security and fire alarm upgrade services for all of its U.S. facilities, which encompass 240 buildings on 14 campuses. DMJM services include site-specific security system design, fire alarm system design, site preparation, guardhouse design, electrical and lighting upgrades, fences and gates, and lobby renovations. We are also responsible for the design, integration, and testing of the telecommunications network to tie all of the systems back to the Security and Emergency Command Center (SECC) in Richmond, Virginia, and to the backup CSECC in Charlotte, North Carolina. DMJM will perform the construction of all of the upgrades developed in the design process, providing a seamless migration from legacy to state-of-the-art systems. Also, DMJM will provide logistical planning so that multiple large-scale design and installation projects may be accomplished simultaneously. |
