Integrated Facility Management
AECOM recognizes that many federal and public agencies and corporations are electing to outsource non-core business activities. Many are looking to consultants to assist in handling out-of-cycle, unanticipated, or one-of-a-kind facility projects and programs. To meet this changing business climate, AECOM has structured its Integrated Facility Management group to provide a full range of life-cycle facilities services performed as an extension of the client, often utilizing non-traditional acquisition strategies. This service integrates the expertise of AECOM's Design+Planning, Global Program Management services and provides cradle-to-grave capability in an unlimited range of applications.
AECOM's Integrated Facility Management group performs the following services:
- Manage facilities programs, including expansion, reconfiguration or renovation, from planning and programming through occupancy.
- Augment staff to fill critical design, management or technology needs, either at periods of peak demand or for long-tem assignments.
- Undertake true one-of-a-kind programs or assignments for which no blueprint exists.
- Support operations with on-call services for unanticipated needs.
For our federal clients, AECOM holds an array of indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts that allow us to quickly price and execute services. Similarly, we are able to structure contracts for advisory services and the full spectrum of professional services for our commercial and public clients.
