DMJM provided design/build services for the MD-95 Assembly and Related Area Clearance Program. The project consists of a five-station new MD-95 assembly line in Building 80, for the MD-95 twin-engine jet aircraft line. The new production line was designed for compatibility with either the MD-80 or MD-90 aircraft, to allow Douglas Aircraft Company maximum flexibility for future production operations. The project also involved the planning, design, and relocation of numerous departments in 11 building throughout the C1 and C6 sites. |
